Refund policy
At Viral Cart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and product photos. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that products that are used, damaged by the customer, or requested after the return period may not be eligible for a refund.
